Refund policy

We accept returns within 15days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in there original condition, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and hair extensions that have been worn, or altered.

To start a return, contact me:melxy757@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Will get back within1-3 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within5-10business days.

Damaged or Wrong items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7days with your photo and order number.
